Build Aina Ola has an experienced team of in-house architects that are intimately familiar with the Kona Coast resort communities. Combined, the team has been involved with the design of over 80 completed resort and custom homes with more than 10 currently in design or under construction. We work with clients to tailor a design to fit their budget, needs, and aesthetic. From initial design concept to final plans, clients will receive guidance from not only the architect, but also the builder, to ensure the design is meeting their goals and budget.
Connection
Connection to the island and to the community – and with local architects, designers, developers, subcontractors and suppliers, Aina Ola means giving life to the land. This name was chosen to reflect the respect and love for the island.
