We have never advertised in 13 years. Our website is where we get most of our business but we have noticed it dropping recently. We want to reach high end customers and with the quality of Build Bend along with the other companies included, it is the right fit for us.

In 18 years of being in the mortgage business, I've never had anybody become a client from an ad they saw in a magazine until now. I've just closed on a $400,000 lot financing deal from someone who was waiting for their wife at a Doctors and saw my ad. Now Build Bend is the only print ad I do.

These guys are doing a great job of putting together a true resource magazine for folks to look at for all things building (no realtors allowed!). We are heading into our second season doing it for the Big Sky market, and it is a great product. They plan on starting the product for Jackson Hole this year.
