Located approximately 12 minutes from Deer Valley Resort®, the layout and design of this stunning home on a premier lot was carefully planned to capture at least 280-degree views that include the surrounding mountain, reservoir and ski area. Working with the on-site team of Red Ledges Construction ensured a high standard of quality.
The outdoor grotto is accessed via a heated concrete staircase making it accessible every month of the year. The grotto features a 12-foot fire pit and hot tub with the entire surrounding area also built with heated concrete, eliminating the need to shovel any snow.
At the top of the heated concrete stairs, the homeowner and guests can easily access the eight-person sauna.
The kitchen includes a 15-foot center island for gatherings, as well as top-of-the-line Wolf and Sub Zero appliances. The bunk room features two queen and two single beds. No details were overlooked as all the en-suite bedrooms come with private patios and amazing views. The inspiration for building this custom home mirrors the Red Ledges’ vision for the entire community—to create a casual, elegant home for residents that appreciate nature and an active lifestyle with other like-minded residents.
