As a third-generation carpenter, Conor Watson honed his craft from an early age, driven by a deep passion for building. This passion led him to master all facets of home construction, from managing a large framing company known for its intricate designs to overseeing complete projects from start to finish. Conor and his team are held to the highest standards, with a reputation that reflects their exceptional work. He doesn’t believe in doing things the way everyone else does or settling for “good enough.”
Conor holds a builder’s license that complies with the International Residential Building Codes. Although not required in Montana, he travels to the East Coast to renew and maintain his license, demonstrating his commitment to excellence.
Stephanie Watson’s passion for construction began at a young age, inspired by her father, who served as the president of a large nationwide construction company throughout New England. Visiting job sites with her dad, Stephanie developed a deep interest in the building process and the intricacies of construction management. Pursuing her passion, Stephanie studied Construction Facilities Management in Boston, where she graduated with a comprehensive understanding of the industry. After graduation, she joined the same company her father worked for, gaining valuable experience and honing her skills in a professional setting.
