Jeff Rogers’ building career began in 1985 as Rogers Realty and Development. Over time, custom home building fit more with Jeffs’ creative, hands-on approach. In 1996, Jeff’s focus turned entirely to custom home construction, forming Jeff Rogers Custom Homes, Inc.
Over the past 27 years, Jeff has built over 200 custom homes, from simple, budget-conscious, first-time buyer homes to 11,000-square-foot luxury estates. In 2007, as the economy changed the direction of residential building, Jeff added both remodeling and home additions to their services.
In 2014, Brady Fenn joined Jeff Rogers Custom Homes. Together, they have built many beautiful projects. Brady specializes in custom homes and eye-popping remodels and additions. He enjoys reworking a space by taking something old and dated and elevating the space with up-to-date materials and technology. Jeff and Brady are proud of the reputation they have established with their clients, suppliers, financial institutions and subcontractors. In 2022, the two became partners and rebranded the company to Fenn Rogers Custom Homes.
