David is a third-generation Flathead native who returned to the shores of Flathead Lake in 2005 after 10 years as a corporate executive for a national firm based in Phoenix. His background in real estate investing, business, and appreciation for the local dynamics provide an extensive and unique understanding of Flathead Valley real estate markets.
David takes pride in his active involvement in the church and local community and is actively engaged in all of Montana’s outdoor activities with his four boys – golf, fishing, hiking, and boating. He is passionate about sharing Montana with those who love and appreciate what Flathead has to offer.
David is a licensed real estate broker, working with the same brokerage since 2007, joining PureWest Real Estate as an owner-partner in 2017. He has been appointed to the Christie’s International Real Estate Master’s Circle, and recognized by the company as the Top Producer in Lakeside for every year since 2010.
David understands Flathead lakefront property values are different than non-lakefront property values. He has seen values fall and rise in the past and did not pressure us to lower our asking price.
