The architectural firms of Straus & Seibert Architects and John David Duffie Architect, have recently merged to form the architectural partnership of CDArchitects.
We are very hands-on architects and enjoy the process of developing close collaborative relationships with our clients. It is our practice to work closely with our clients to first learn what their goals, desires and values are, during the process of establishing the design criteria. This way we are able to best use our creativity to provide the client with design solutions that are custom tailored to meet their needs and hopefully exceed their expectations.
We have become known in the Rogue Valley region for creating unique custom homes, with an emphasis on sustainable design, incorporating principles of passive and active solar technologies, along with integrating alternative building methods and materials. Working with architect John Duffie was a incredibly rewarding experience. We came to the project with a diverse set of parameters that John worked with us to integrate seamlessly into the design.
