Simply put – our goal is to create a high-quality home on time and on budget Since our inception, our primary goal has been to operate Sunrise Builders with integrity, transparency and accountability. We believe that our ideals such as open book accounting, timely follow through, hands on commitment, careful bidding of each trade, our use of technology and accepting a limited number of projects per year provides best in-class service to our clients.
We listen closely to and work diligently with our clients to carefully craft a fine custom home that embraces the recreational lifestyle of the Rocky Mountains. Our turnkey process offers a finished product that is constructed with attention to detail using only quality materials
Our repertoire includes complete timber frames and hybrid frames, along with timbered trusses and accents. The materials we use include square-edged timbers (new and reclaimed), hand-hewn timbers from old barns, plus fir, spruce, pine and larch logs- joined together with mallet and muscle.
