We recently purchased a home in Bend, Oregon. Being from out of the state, we needed assistance with local design standards, remote renovation supervision, and coordination. Malia did not disappoint! From our initial meeting to project completion, Malia displayed great listening skills, eager to incorporate our ideas into a whole home plan that produced a beautifully updated renovation. Malia effortlessly coordinated required contractor access to the home and provided live updates as each project was completed. Her patience never wavers, and she will tirelessly work with you to help you achieve your vision of your new home. – Roddy Guthrie
