Wow! Joy Vance and her team are absolutely extraordinary. We have dealt with many real estate agents over time and we have never come across such a well functioning, cheerful, experienced and professional team before. From our very first encounter I feel we hit it off with them. At that moment, we were potential buyers. Eventually we became sellers. Joy and The Agency handled everything for us and it was about as smooth as it gets. At any given moment along the way we knew we could reach Joy and would get a response almost as fast as we hit the send button! Joy was as professional as a dual agent as she was a unique one for the sale of our house. Bravo to all of them for raising the bar in this business!
