“I worked directly with Jake as he built my custom home. He was a pleasure to work with and an all-around good guy. Jake is responsive, provides good feedback and does a good job communicating the various options with pros and cons when facing key decisions. At the right times, he was patient with us, and I never felt pressure to move forward if we weren’t 100% ready. Jake is open and honest if he feels you are headed in the wrong direction which I considered very helpful. And last, he sets reasonable expectations. In summary, I feel like Jake has my best interest at heart and is a great partner to work with on a big project.” – Garret J.
