Agave Homes
Okanagan, BC
Agave Homes is a boutique home builder, founded with the vision to create timeless, modern homes in the naturally alluring setting of the South Okanagan.
Penticton is known as one of the most beautiful locations in Canada, and is acquiring an international reputation. Nestled in the South Okanagan, and having one of the warmest climates in Canada, the city allows for water sports, hiking, biking and touring of over 300 wineries within 45 minutes. Apex Mountain Resort is also 40 minutes from city centre, offering both downhill and cross-country skiing.
Every aspect of our homes, from orientation and architectural plans, to landscape and interior design, is taken into account to integrate the natural elements and create an elegant “forever home” for our clients.
At Agave Homes, we design and build every home like it is our own and are on site daily. Every detail from selecting premium properties to designing each home to maximize views, privacy and daily functionality is given the utmost attention.
As a boutique home builder, we believe the quality of a home is not always equated to its square footage, but its quality per square foot. We take pride in crafting luxury homes that surpass all expectations.
The overall conceptualisation doesn’t tell the whole story. It is also the smaller details and amenities that bring a project together to make it feel more aesthetically intuitive, warm, and like home.
All of our California-inspired modern luxury homes are turnkey and include outdoor eating areas, pools, fire pits and low maintenance landscaping.
