The directive for these two memorable residences came from the owners to challenge Jaque Bethke Design to create something entirely different in Arizona and still be able to call both homes masterpieces. The primary objective for the Scottsdale residence was to create a home that could host large dinner parties for the owner’s family and friends in a casual and comfortable environment.
Placement of the central living space and kitchen-dining areas was just the start of a perfect aesthetic. Jaque Bethke Design began gathering information from the client and putting together a wonderfully mastered floor plan and accompanying architecture to fit their needs perfectly. The use of mixed metals, leather, matte and polished tile, lots of textures, all while seamlessly blending these with the outdoor environment, is the hallmark of the property. This jewel-tone masterpiece is vibrant and energetic and the perfect complement for this couple that loves to entertain family and friends in their new home.
