At Constructive Solutions Inc., (CSI) architectural design is the process of bringing client visions to life. The body of work created by CSI spans a diverse range of styles, all created to be the best solution to a particular need. A deep appreciation for regionally sensitive and environmentally responsible design has driven much of their approach to architecture and planning, and has resulted in award winning projects and delighted clients. CSI has designed and built LEED, NAHB Green and Energy Star certified projects, and utilizes Building Information Modelling, fully 3-Dimensional design software, and cloud based information platforms to manage every aspect of project design, communication and coordination. CSI works as stand-alone architects or as a Design-Build firm. When working as a Design-Build frim there is a seamless transfer of information to the production crew, resulting in accurate estimating, concise construction documents, and increased production efficiency.
